UPP Refund and Return Policy

We want you to feel confident with every order. If something’s not right, we’re here to fix it.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your UPP order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order confirmation or receipt.
To start a return, email us at info@stayupp.fi. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and clear instructions. Please don’t send anything back before contacting us — we won’t be able to process returns that haven’t been approved.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know as soon as possible. We’ll take care of it. Reach us at info@stayupp.fi.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our product, we’re unable to accept returns on:
  • Opened items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
This includes anything that’s been used or removed from its original seal.

Exchanges

Need something else? The fastest way is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it — no questions asked. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
